Registration Steps
Step One: Fill out our registration form
Step Two: Make your payment. We currently have two options:
- Email money transfer
- Cheque
Cheques should be made out to: BNR/NT Soccer Club and mailed to: Marc Gauthier 30 Upney Drive, Nepean, ON K2J 5G7
OR
Dropped off to Arya Rajabi Internal Mail M/S 043/92/Z28 Attn Arya Rajabi 32269 or 613-763-2269 to arrange drop off.
* Please note that cheques are to be made payable to BNR/NT Soccer Club. You must enclose two cheques - the first is for the amount of your selected team fee and the second is for your jersey deposit (in the amount of $50.00, dated for September 30, 2011). If you return your jersey, this cheque gets disposed of.
Refund Policy Full Refund: A full refund will be provided if the request is made prior to April 2nd or if you are not selected to a team. Partial Refund: A partial refund will be provided after April 2nd if the request is made prior to the player registering with the NCISL. An administration fee of $25.00 will be deducted. |
